For modular homes smaller than 50 m², prices start from €850/m².
For homes of 50 m² and larger, prices start from €1,250/m², as homes from 50 m² are built to A++ energy efficiency requirements.
The final price depends on the selected specification, layout, materials and additional options.
What is included in the price?
The price includes full exterior and interior finishing, electrical and plumbing installation, a fully fitted bathroom, a heating system (air-to-air heat pump) and free installation.
Foundations and transport are calculated separately depending on the location. Any additional requests are discussed individually and specified in the offer.
How long does production take?
Production of a modular home usually takes around 3 months.
The exact production and delivery schedule is agreed before the order is confirmed.
Do you handle delivery and installation?
Yes. We take care of the entire delivery and installation process – we prepare the foundations, organise transportation to your property and place the home in its final position.
You do not need to arrange separate transport, foundation contractors or installation – we take care of the entire process.
What type of foundation is required?
Modular homes are most commonly installed on pile foundations. The most suitable foundation solution is selected according to the home, site conditions and ground characteristics.
Can the layout be customized?
Yes. The layout can be adapted to your individual requirements. We can adjust room layouts, window and door positions, finishing materials and other solutions depending on the technical possibilities of the project.
